What belongs here

Who the agreement is with. What people may and may not do with the site and anything they buy through it. Who owns the content and the software. What you promise and what you do not. How liability is limited. How payment, delivery and refunds work. How the terms can change, and which law governs them.

Before you publish

These are a contract with every visitor and customer, and the rules differ by country. Have a lawyer write them or review what you have written. Then delete the noindex line in this file, so the page can be found.

Where to edit

This page is src/app/terms/page.tsx. The heading and body styles it uses are shared with the Privacy page and live in src/lib/styles.ts.
